Growing up in Windsor, Jason has always been a huge music fan at heart. Like many successful engineers and producers, he was introduced to music production while recording in a few local studios as a teenager. He quickly realized that he wanted to spend his life making records.

A graduate from the audio engineering program at OIART college in London, Jason then moved to Toronto where he would start his climb through the industry. He gained experience working as an assistant engineer at the legendary Phase One Studios and was later hired as a staff engineer at the newly established Revolution Recording.

Jason has since gone independent and is now a freelance recording and mix engineer. He recently helped iconic Canadian metal band PROTEST THE HERO win their first JUNO Award by engineering their latest release - 'VOLITION' - which won the award for best metal/hard music album of the year. The album also hit #1 on the billboard independent charts, and #3 on the billboard hard rock album charts.
